Shipping Policy

How your order is made

1. Order received — you receive an email confirmation.
2. Line art (2–3 business days) — our artist hand-draws the artwork from your photo and emails you a proof.
3. You approve — reply to the proof email. Production only starts after your approval.
4. Production & shipping — the piece is produced and shipped by our print partner (Printify). Timings depend on the product and destination.

Typical timings after approval

• Production: 3–7 business days.
• Shipping to the United States: 4–8 business days.
• Shipping to Europe: 5–10 business days.
• Rest of the world: 10–20 business days.

Total time from order to doorstep is typically 2–3 weeks. Peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's / Father's Day) can add a few days.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the product, weight and destination. The exact cost is always shown before payment.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive a tracking link by email. You can also track it any time from your order tracking page.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or marked as lost by the carrier, email petlineart@hotmail.com with your order number and we will investigate and, if confirmed lost, replace or refund the order (see Refund Policy).

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it before production starts, but not after the order has been sent to our print partner.
