Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These terms govern your use of petlineart.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Contact: petlineart@hotmail.com.
1. Products
All items are made to order and personalised with the photo and pet name you provide. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the finished product. Small handmade variations are part of the craft.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in the site currency and include VAT where applicable. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or if we can't fulfil it — in that case you will be fully refunded.
3. Personalisation and approval
Within 2–3 business days of your order we send you a preview of the line art for your approval. Production only starts after you approve the proof. If we don't hear back within 7 days we may proceed with the last version sent.
You are responsible for uploading a photo you have the right to use. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to reproduce it for the sole purpose of creating your order.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. Orders are only produced once payment has cleared.
5. Shipping and delivery
See our Shipping Policy for timings and destinations. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
6. Returns
Because every item is personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund Policy for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (illustrations, photography, copy, layout) belongs to Petline Art unless stated otherwise. The finished artwork we create for your order is licensed to you for personal use only — not for resale or commercial reproduction.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable EU consumer law. Consumer disputes may also be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
